1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UluOps ("the Service"), operated by Ulu Operations Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UluOps provides infrastructure for operating AI agent validation systems, including a definition registry, validation tracker, SDK, and related tools. The Service is available via web interfaces, APIs, MCP servers, and CLI tools.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Ulu Labs Inc. Agent definitions you create remain your intellectual property. Definitions published as "public" may be forked by other users per the Registry's forking mechanism, which preserves attribution and lineage.

6. Subscription Tiers

The Service offers free and paid tiers. Features, rate limits, and access levels vary by tier. We reserve the right to modify tier offerings with reasonable notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Validation run data, issue tracking data, and analytics are stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ulu Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
